One of the most eagerly awaited annual events in the Pittsburgh region. The Three Rivers Film Festival features independent American cinema, documentaries, and critically acclaimed international films. Some will reappear later in the year, some are new prints of groundbreaking films, most are art films that can only be seen during this event. A celebration in every sense of the word, there are parties, visiting filmmakers, informal discussions, and a photo auction.
Films will be shown at the following locations: Pittsburgh Filmmakers at 477 Melwood Avenue, the Harris Theater at 809 Liberty Avenue (Downtown), and the Regent Square Theater at 1035 S. Braddock Avenue.
