In this view one looks down the main street of Economy towards the Harmonist docks on the Ohio River. The grapes vines lining the buildings on both sides of the street were heated by the brick and also helped cool the buildings. Harmonists made their own wine, which they sold regionally. First floor of the Feast Hall (on the right) included the first natural history museum west of the Allegheny Mountains, which the Harmonists opened to outsiders for a small fee.
