Nestled in the Laurel Highlands, the Latrobe Art Center is a place where artists and art lovers can enjoy local, original art. This unique gallery not only displays members' creative expressions but hosts workshops, classes, lectures, meetings, and demonstrations. Discover the artist in you by taking a class and be amazed by your natural ability. Drawing, painting, pottery, and stained glass classes let you begin your adventure into the creative process and make new friends along the way. Classes are available for children and adults, and are scheduled for morning, afternoon and evening.The Center features two exhibits that change every two months throughout the year. All artwork on display is for sale and can be taken with you at the time of purchase.The Center is also available to host your meetings, showers, lectures, and reunions in an artistic and creative atmosphere. Options are unlimited for use of this beautiful gallery space.The Latrobe Art Center encourages and fosters creativity for anyone who has the desire to discover, learn, and develop his/her artistic interests in a friendly, encouraging atmosphere. We also welcome our neighbors to observe art in the making and the energy that creative expression brings to all.
