A Better Pennsylvania, Produced by Pathe' for the WPA, 1937

In 1937, the Works Progress Administration contracted Pathe' News to produce this documentary short on the work that the WPA had funded in Pennsylvania during the previous two years. The WPA would continue to fund work relief programs in the United States until 1943.
