Pittsburgh produced more than its share of great jazz musicians. In the late 1940s, Pittsburgh photographer Charles "Teenie" Harris took this impromptu photograph of five of them. Pianist Earl "Fatha" Hines, with the eye patch is on the left. Next to him is pianist Erroll Garner, and singer Billy Eckstine. Pianist and composer Mary Lou Williams is at the piano, and singer Maxine Sullivan standing on the far right.
