Despite subfreezing temperatures, 2000 people, mostly Philadelphia school teachers, rally outside the Philadelphia prison

After Federation of Teachers president Frank Sullivan and chief negotiator John Ryan were sent to jail for refusing to order striking Philadelphia school teachers back to work, more than 2,000 teachers and their supporters rallied outside the prison where they were held, despite subfreezing temperatures.
