After he contracted architect Eber Culver to build his home in Williamsport, Peter Herdic gave instructions to search the world for the finest materials and not tell him the cost. Today, most of the West Fourth Street mansions serve as office space or apartments. The Herdic house contains Williamsport's finest restaurant.
