"Baron Stiegel is the cove, that can cast your iron stove." Henry William Stiegel cast these words into the iron stoves he made, and soon the title "Baron" was attached to his name. An ambitious man. Stiegel built a mansion near his iron furnace that included a roof-top platform for his orchestra and cannons mounted in two towers to announce his arrivals and departures.
