The names of the men and women in most old photographs of industrial workers go unrecorded. Names written on the back of this photograph, however, identify a number of the men in this image. Front row, left to right: Unknown (man with newspaper), Redmond, unknown, Childs, unknown, Ernest Rapp, Armour, Tim Moore. Back row, left to right: Unknown, Cook, unknown, William Grundy (or Grandy), Jas. Wingard, unknown, Sam Clarke, unknown, Henry Bear (or Biar). "Dutch" Rapp, second from the right in the front row, was killed in an accident at the furnace in 1922.
