Today, WQED continues to produce outstanding local and national programming, including the Pittsburgh History Series, and Black Horizons, the nation's longest running minority affairs program. Dedicated to lifelong learning, the WQED Multimedia Education Center offers a series of regional education activities, including Ready to Learn, which uses the power of television to teach young children, and to educate adults about children's learning.
