Students will research Penn's model for the government of Pennsylvania. Through assessment of this framework, students will create a class constitution and working government.
Objectives
1. Appreciate the complexities and uniqueness of William Penn's original frame of government.
2. Experience the responsibility of creating a government in which all stakeholders can live peacefully together.
3. Compromise with peers to govern their class.
