Assessment Strategies
There are a number of opportunities for assessment throughout the lesson. The students are actively participating in the activities and providing oral answers to questions. The students are also being assessed on the worksheets that they are completing throughout the lesson. A rubric is also provided to assess the students" written work, participation in class activities, and their understanding of scientific and historical principles involved in the iron industry.
