During World War II, Bethlehem Steel produced armor plate and large caliber guns used by the U.S. armed forces. Here, two soldiers stand in front of a display of Bethlehem Steel M-61 75mm armor piercing shells, which could pierce through 2.5 inches of armor when fired from 1,000 yards away.
