Mrs. John Boldt, Mrs. May Morgan, Miss Dock and Miss Craft

A pioneer in nursing education, Lavinia Lloyd Dock wrote a four-volume history of nursing and a nurse's manual of drugs that was widely used for many years. After her retirement, Dock became an active suffragist, and in 1917 was jailed for picketing outside the White House.
