Across the Way Bed and Breakfast at the Fassitt Mansion located in the heart of Amish Country invites you to experience the history and elegance of a Victorian mansion, once a "Safe-House" on the Underground Railroad. It was built in 1845 by Captain William Fassitt as a way to entertain guests and throw lavish parties. Located halfway between Philadelphia and Harrisburg, it was also a frequent stop for weary travelers. A full country breakfast is served family style every morning.
